Custom Logo Labeling

We offer custom labeling for your backpack or bags. The usual minimum number of bags for custom labeling is 100.

TYPESETTING: If you simply want to print the name of your school or club or class on the bags, maybe with some other information (2008 Golf State Champions", a motto, etc.), we will typeset for you if you want. Typesetting is included in the setup charge.

LOGOS: If you want to have your organization's logo labeled on your backpack, you can submit the logo artwork either electronically or by postal mail. If it’s a school logo, chances are that someone at the school has artwork for the logo ready to submit. Check with the graphics department if there is one; also worth trying are department heads, coaches, administrators, and the athletic director.

Normal turnaround time on custom orders is three to five weeks. Sometimes we can turn the order around much faster without a rush charge; occasionally, orders take somewhat longer. If you have a deadline and you want to be sure we can make the deadline.

TO ORDER CUSTOM LABELING

You can order custom labels by phone, fax, e-mail or regular postal mail. It's usually best to call (800-705-4983) or e-mail (Becky@ClearSafetyBags.com) first, especially if you have questions about turnaround time. When you do place your custom label order, we need to know:

  • What you want printed (logo, typesetting, etc.).
  • What font or fonts you want if we're doing typesetting for you (typesetting is included in the mandatory setup charge, unless you get really carried away).
  • If you're sending any artwork, we need to know what you'll send and how you'll send it. (Postal mail, e-mail). If sending electronic artwork, please check with us first about format.
  • What color(s) you want for your design.
  • Where you want the design.
  • Any deadlines you may have.
