The cost for shipping return is the customers responsabilty. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns of items will be accepted within 15 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

All warranties, if any, are offered directly by the manufacturer. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by R and B On Wings of Eagles, LLC. Clear Safety Bags is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 15 days of receipt will be replaced when possible or refunded. Claims reported after 15 days of receipt for any manufactures defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Clear Safety Bags at no charge. Any other repairs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!!!
We normally ship all in stock items within 2 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via USPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your zip code. (In most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed.) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and the customer will be notified. Item(s) will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if items ordered have been discontinued or are no longer available.
Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts. Most orders will be shipped via USPS.

Please do not make a paypal payment if you wish to ship to an alternate address. Orders are processed automatically to the confirmed Paypal address. · Please note, we do not return money orders or checks made out to the wrong payee. Clear Safety Bags does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Florida! If you order within the state of Florida, you will be charged an additional 6.5% for sales tax.
BACKORDERS
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the backorder and find the best resolution for the order.
CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation.
